The entrance to this bright and spacious studio is between ESB and Staunton And Byrne Hairdressing (just buzz the buzzer).
At our studio, we offer a variety of yoga classes. Whether you are a complete beginner or even an advanced student, we can offer a class to suit you. As you progress in your practice, you will develop physical strength and emotional strength that will help you handle the challenges of life with a balanced disposition.

Parking is free if you park at Douglas Shopping Centre across the road (1 min walk to studio) or Free after 6.30pm.
